KASTA grows from Álvaro’s culinary roots, between El Viso del Marqués and Córdoba. It pays tribute to time-honoured cooking, respectfully reimagined.
Everything is made here from scratch, using modern techniques with the soul of traditional cooking. No shortcuts and no ready-made products.
